This masterclass will equip psychiatrists with practical, evidence-based approaches to assessing and managing sleep disorders in clinical practice.

Topics include insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, excessive daytime sleepiness, parasomnias, and the role of sleep in psychiatric conditions.
