VIRTUAL DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM

We welcome your registration to virtually attend The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) 2026 Congress. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Instructions for registration:

  • Please ensure you have read and understand the cancellation policies for registration as provided on the website.
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (e.g. John Smith).
  • Please use the ‘Tab’ key to move from one field to the next.
  • As you complete the details on each page, click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next section.
  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit your registration details before the final stage of confirmation and payment.
  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the preferred platforms for use of the forms.

PLEASE NOTE: From COB Thursday 2 April 2026 onwards, all online registrations must be paid in full by credit card.

Delegate list

A delegate list will be available to delegates and participating supporters and exhibitors electronically via email (to supporters and exhibitors) and/or in the Congress app (to all users of the app). The list will include the name, organisation and state/country of delegates who have consented to their information being included on the list and have registered at the time of distribution. If you do not wish to have your details included on this list, please indicate below:

RANZCP Foundation donation

If you wish, you can make a voluntary donation of $50 to the RANZCP Foundation.

The RANZCP Foundation is the College charity translating donations into world-class psychiatric research, clinical work, meaningful initiatives, and innovative projects that improve the mental health and wellbeing of communities in Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand and neighbouring regions.

PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. 

I. Credit card payment
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Payments will appear as 'WALDRONSMITH Management' on your credit card statement.

II. Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Please request an invoice below. Full bank account details will appear on the invoice. Please ensure you include your name and invoice number as a reference when submitting your payment to ensure that we can reconcile your payment.
