All posters will be displayed in the Exhibition (accessible via Concourse Door 7) from Monday 4 - Wednesday 6 May. Posters presenters will be allocated a designated poster board with the poster number in the top left or top right corner. You will be responsible for setting up your own poster during the following allocated times*: 

Set up: Monday 4 May between 7:30am-8:30am 
Removal: Wednesday 6 May between 3:00pm-3:30pm

Any posters not removed during this time will be disposed of.

Setup and removal of your poster is your responsibility.

*These times are subject to change. You will be notified of any amendments to this schedule.
