Each session room will be set up with the following audio-visual equipment: 

• Data projector and screen
• Lectern and microphone
• Laptop
• Please note rooms have screens with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Please ensure you format your PowerPoint presentation accordingly.

Each presenter is responsible for advancing their own slides during their presentation, via the mouse/keyboard/remote clicker that will be positioned at the lectern.

Mac users are asked to save their presentation in a PC compatible PowerPoint format as Mac applications will NOT be available at the Congress.
