The speaker preparation room will be located in Meeting Room 215 on Level 2 of the MCEC and will be open the following times: 

Sunday 3 May: 8:30am-4:30pm
Monday 4 May: 7:30am-5:30pm
Tuesday 5 May: 7:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday 6 May: 8:00am-4:00pm
Thursday 7 May: 8:30am-11:15am

As a presenter, you are responsible for your own material. It must be loaded correctly and checked into the speaker preparation room the day prior or at least 2 hours prior to your session.

An audio-visual technician will be available in the speaker preparation room to assist you in checking the compatibility of your presentation file with the venue equipment and pre-loading your file onto the Congress system. If your presentation contains any images, movie files or sound, please ensure that you embed these files into your presentation. We would also suggest you bring these files with you as an added precaution.
